All personal details and data that are collected and saved through our shop system will not be forwarded, sold or handed over to a third party under any circumstances.
Orders and Payment
Once you have browsed our online shop and have decided what you want to order, add the items to your shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout. By following the on screen instructions you will either be directed to PayPal to make your payment securely (click here if you want to know more about PayPal Security). The second option is bank transfer, the ordered items will be sent after the money is booked to our account. If you are outside the EU, all applicable transfer costs must be paid by the customer. Furthermore it is possible for orders in Austria to choose the possibility of cash on delivery payment.
All orders with the bank transfer as payment option will be cancelled if the money is not received 14 business days after the order was placed.
For order with cash on delivery we will calculate an additional €5.- for the transaction fees.
All payments have to be made in European Euros (€) only.
Shipping
We do ship world wide. Taxes & other import fees have to be paid by the customer.
Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive an automated confirmation email from our online store ([email protected]). If you pay via PayPal you will also receive a separate payment confirmation by PayPal. Please keep them for reference purposes.
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. We ship by the Austrian Postal Service. All packages have a tracking code provided by the postal service.
Shipping is free for orders over €200.-. For orders below this sum we charge a €5 flat rate for all deliveries (per order, not per item).
Austria
Please allow 3 -5 working days for delivery after processing. In case your order does not arrive within that period, please contact first your post office. After that please let us know, so we can make inquiries or provide replacement.
Europe
Allow 5-7 working days after despatch. In case your order does not arrive within that period, please contact first your post office. After that please let us know, so we can make inquiries or provide replacement.
Australia and New Zealand
Allow 10-14 working days after despatch. In case your order does not arrive within that period, please contact first your post office. After that please let us know, so we can make inquiries or provide replacement.
USA and Worldwide
Allow 10-14 working days after despatch. In case your order does not arrive within that period, please contact first your post office. After that please let us know, so we can make inquiries or provide replacement.
All orders are processed and posted between Monday to Friday.
Returns Policy
Of course we hope that you are happy and delighted with our items. Should there be a reason that you would like to return any of your purchased items, we will of course offer exchange of your item or if you wish a refund.
Please make sure that you send the delivery registered and within 14 days after receiving your order. We can in no way take any responsibility for items lost in the post.
Items must be in the same condition as they were received and will be refunded at the price at point of purchase.
Postage and packing is not refunded. The ONLY exemption to this is if the item is faulty.

Refunds are carried out once a week on a Wednesday afternoon. With PayPal all returns are instant, please allow for 2-3 business days for bank transfers to be in your account.
We will endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible, however please note that we are a small business and sometimes there may be delays, your patience and understanding will be appreciated.
